Data Analyst - Fully Remote (UK Based)

The Challenge

As Data Analysis you will partner with other key units in the Client Success team and across the entire organisation. This role involves pulling data, analysis and project coordinator functions, in support of our digital platform initiatives.  This role is well suited to a professional whose core DNA is being highly organized, autonomous and detail-focused. A Data Analyst should be a super user of numerical and data systems.    

What you can expect from the opportunity

• Diving into Data and pulling, analysing results and reporting key findings
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assisting Client Deliverable Leads (CDLs) with behind the scenes project support  

Requirements

What you need to grow and succeed

• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and ability to adapt to databases used for statistical tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge/experience of data analytics and data analysis
• Ability to multitask effectively; changing priorities based on timeline expectations
• Light copy editing and strong written communication skills
• Multi-language skills are highly desirable
• Systems experience in Client Success focused areas
  • Gainsight experience is not required but is a plus
  • Desire to become a Gainsight Admin
  • Confluence experience is a plus
