Role Description

Capco is looking for strong Business Analysts in India. The role offers a great opportunity to work with leading global clients of Capco.

Industry: Life Insurance + Pensions-BFSI

Experience: 9-11 years

• Support Analysis Manager and Architect to design and run workshops with stakeholders
• BA will be expected to drive/facilitate these once they are embedded in the project
• Work is to help define the data strategy, templates and comms strategy working closely with people from within the Data Office and number of senior stakeholders.
• Need a confident communicator who can manage stakeholder conversations, must have good questioning skills
• A facilitator who can coordinate a number of people and keep them focussed on the task/goal
• Someone able to work at high level and not dive into the detail too quickly.
• A diligent analyst who can capture clear actions and meeting outcomes then share them with stakeholders so that everyone is clear what was agreed and the plan forward.
