  • Minimum of 7 years of applicable work experience in a significant management role, management of line of business, or management of a research group
  • A strong foundation in statistics and data analytics expertise in survey research and statistical modeling. This will be demonstrated by having 5+ years of experience working with large data sets to solve real-world business challenges
  • Firm understanding of statistical software and programming applications (e.g., SAS, Stata, R, Python) and visualization technologies/libraries (e.g., Tableau, D3, Google)
  • Experience managing teams to complete projects within scope and on time
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects with competing resource demands and timelines
  • A track record of helping teams win new contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality analytic work to advocacy groups and nonprofit organizations

Preferred Qualifications
