Data at H1 plays a crucial and foundational role in creating that future! Looking across thousands of data sources across the globe, the data team is responsible for making sense out of that data to create the world’s most extensive and comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders and the ecosystem they influence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1- Become the primary subject matter expert on Organizations data at H1- Own the definitions, policies and training documents related to Organizations data and data curation- Work closely with Product Managers, Content Operations Managers and Engineering on the rebuilding of the Organizations DB- Lead the Organizations Entity Matching function. Act as the primary stakeholder for rebuilding Entity Matching tools for Organizations Data- Build reports and metrics to monitor the quality of our data, gaps and deficiencies; and implement procedures to minimize negative impact on clients.- Research and evaluate potential new sources of Organizations data- Drive change through recommending process and performance improvement initiatives- Manage 2-4 individuals in the US and India
ABOUT YOU- You are highly collaborative. You’re comfortable working with colleagues & partners at all levels, with technical and non-technical backgrounds and across geographies- You are a data person. You’re interested in understanding and analyzing the data across multiple domains; digging into the nuances to propose ways to improve the data, improve our processes and improve H1’s utilization of the data.- You are sufficiently ‘full-stack. You can find new and evaluate sources of information, understand how it would be integrated with existing H1 assets, and how it would benefit products and customers
REQUIREMENTS- You have 5+ years of experience working with and in data related organizations, products, workflows etc.- You’re comfortable analyzing large volumes of data using Python, SQL or other utilities
