The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. If you are a problem solver with a curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in AIML space, then we would like to talk with you.

Location: Hyderabad only (WFO)

What You'll Bring:

  • 4-8 years of experience working within conversion optimization, digital user experience analytics, web analytics, or A/B or multivariate testing program management 
  • Expert level experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Mixpanel) 
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau and other data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Chartio), and deep familiarity with Excel
  • Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R) a plus; experience in experiment design, causal inference and CLTV development 
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and drivers of Traffic, Conversion and Revenue, and ability to find conversion insights and improvement opportunities through data interrogation
  • Strategic and problem solving skills, with analytical mindset and proven digital analytics experience
  • Experience in website tagging and tracking, technical specifications, and SDR.
  • Comfort in developing and translating complex data intro crisp insights, actions and recommendations to broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Exceptional people and communication skills, ability to work well with team members and in cross-functional situations, and proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines 
  • Cultivates a strong Test and Learn culture within the broader Marketing team within retail

How You Will Lead:

  • Driving Business strategy: You will provide recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn’t exist. You will be critical to decision-making 
  • Identifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with eCommerce and Digital Marketing leaders to provide key web analytics insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders 
  • Be the Dot Connector:  Using multitude of data source, you will connect the dots across multiple problems to see the larger picture that helps shape analyses and findings that drive longer term solutions than just answering short term questions 
  • Be the Analytics Translator: You will define, implement and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards whilst focusing on the insights. You will work with Advance Data Science teams to bring rigor and robustness in approach and translate them into meaningful insights, tools and value for the Business 
  • Test and Learn culture:  Build out a constant stream of Testing and experimentation by identifying opportunities and influencing key stakeholders, whilst using the learnings into forward looking planning applications. 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred
