BI Developer, Israel

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our R&D center in TLV.

The position is to be part of the Partner Analytics Team, within Via’s Data & Analytics group.

As a BI Developer you will be responsible for partner-facing data products, creating reports and dashboards, in order to help our partners get better decisions about their service.
In addition you will take part in optimizing our data product and user experience. 

Our data professionals at Via are curious, key team-members, who work closely with engineers and product managers and are passionate about tackling complex problems in a world of rich data and real-life user needs.

What You'll Do 

• Develop, support, monitor and maintain reports / dashboards / data products for various usages.
• Work closely with PMs, developers, and business representatives.
• Analyze the data products usage in order to drive data-driven decisions on our data mobility products
• Explore and test new BI tools to help improve our data products. 

Who You Are :

• 2+ years experience as a BI Developer, working in a BI ecosystem.
• 2+ years hands on experience writing complex SQL queries, working with deep and wide data-lakes
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Tableau / Looker / Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Capable of owning the process of developing KPIs (end to end) to support product decisions
• Exceptional ability to understand complex data and turn it into actionable insights 
• Strong communication and story-telling skills (fluency in English is needed)
• Fast learner and proven ability to multitask on several projects at a time

   Advantage:

• 2+ years work experience working on user-facing mobile/web products
• B.Sc. in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics or engineering
