Capabilities & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, computer science, economics, statistics, mathematics, business, finance, or related field of study.
  • 5 years of relevant People experience plus experience with data/statistical analysis is a must.
  • Proficiency in at least one HRIS system; one Payroll System and one programming language for statistical analysis (preferably R or Python, but SPSS, SAS, STATA, Mathematica, Matlab, etc. will be considered) is required.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
  • Experience with data visualizations using either R/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Expert in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or international equivalent preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills. You enjoy working with numbers and bringing amazing structure to complex data sheets and databases!
  • Must be detail-oriented and exhibit creative problem-solving skills.
  • A thorough understanding of US and global People and Labor legislation is preferred. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills and business know-how.
  • “If it can be automated, I will do it” - kind of attitude!
  • Strong Finance Acumen.
  • You can analyze existing and newly collected data with ease and a smile on your face!

The People Data Analyst is a next-gen scientist that can turn any data into brilliant People decisions and provide real-time insights on underlying workforce trends, risk mitigation, and predictive models. If so, this role is for YOU!
The People Data Analyst will manage and analyze data to generate meaningful business insights by means of collecting, compiling, analyzing, and reporting on People data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this data to make recommendations and deliver insights related to all People functional areas.
You WILL learn new things in this role because we are doing new things every day and having to teach ourselves right along with you. This will not be a boring J-O-B!
