We are looking for Data Analyst to work as part of the Customer Success Data Team to support customer installations and optimization and therefore help to save life with our Vayyar Care sensor.

What Will Be Your Main Activities?
Working with the Vayyar Customer Success team in daily reporting, monitoring and optimization to support customers and device installations. Help in establishing efficient ways to monitor and present the data.
· Review diagnostics daily and produce reports based on gather customer data
· Work as part of a team to respond and support customer issues
· representing the results internally and externally to customers
· Collaborate with other teams to understand the technical parameters of the device
· Product input and collaboration
· Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product
Requirements
All You Need Is:
· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as statistics, industrial engineering etc
· 2+ years of experience as a data analyst – must
· Experience in customer facing role
· English speaking and writing skills - must
· Strong spoken Hebrew
· Presentation skills
· Data analysis strong skills experience including SQL and excel
· Experience with google looker tool – advantage
· Broad and creative thinking
· Strong teamwork skills/ability to work as part of a team
· Strong analytical thinking
· Strong organization skills
· Flexibility and the ability to juggle the multifaceted nature of the job
· Note: Position is full-time, 100% on site (Yehud office)
