GoHenry's debit card and app lets kids ages 6-18 learn practical money management skills that they can go out and apply in the real world.The Tech team at GoHenry is looking to recruit a Mid-Level Data Analyst to closely work with the Growth Product teams and other areas in the business. The successful candidate will develop analysis and reporting capabilities to deliver data insights required to measure, track and monitor new initiatives, product improvements and overall company OKRs.
What you will do
- Work with the Growth Product team to understand, document and conduct relevant analysis
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports
- Present results and insights to stakeholders
- Advise on what funnel tracking should be enabled within the mobile application and our website
- Driving and encouraging data-driven decision making
- Analyse and evaluate A/B tests, and advise on outcome
What we are looking for
- At least 2-3 years work experience as a data analyst
- Very strong knowledge of SQL
- Demonstrable experience working with Python
- Experienced in B2C business, signup funnels, A/B testing, analytic platforms (GA)
- Experienced in creating and delivering reports/dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or others
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or relevant bootcamp course
Nice-to-haves skills
- Looker
- dbt
- Experience in working in a B2C Fintech business
- Working with Cloud Platforms, with a preference for experience with Google Cloud Platform
