The Role
Graduate Customer Success Data Analyst, reporting to Customer Success Senior Data Analyst.

The Graduate Customer Success Data Analyst will part of the Customer Success Operations Team and will be part of creating and building out of core Customer BI/MI across the org. You will support the build out of Customer Success Operations reporting, metrics and KPI’s and will work closely with the Customer Success org to develop Customer Journey Analytics capability to drive, enrich and increase customer usage and adoption of Fenergo’s suite of products.

You will be responsible for playing your part in a team that leverages data, business understanding, and data extraction from multiple sources used across the business to deliver improvement to stakeholders. You will contribute to telling stories with data and in doing so instil confidence in the usage of such data.

Your team, Customer Operations, is responsible for defining Customer Analytics metrics, such as health, adoption, and satisfaction trends. The team standardises, streamlines, and identifies opportunities for automation of key Customer reporting. Also, integrating data from multiple sources across the org is a key team function. The team focuses on using data to spot revenue and churn trends, review and track the Customer Lifecycle, and works closely with Sales Ops & Product Ops to build out metrics that impact Customer Success. The team produces many dashboards of key MI and reporting for the business, focusing on driving a holistic, single view of the customer.

Customer operations has a wide remit, striving to drive efficiency improvements for Customer Success & Customer Support, by leveraging the tooling available, building out core tooling and technology, and planning for key BI/MI reporting requirements for all new systems implemented.

Requirements

Experience and/or knowledge of most of the following is required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in analytics or related business or related field required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Takes high degree of ownership over their work
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, Teradata, MySQL, etc)
  • Experience with statistics/analytics
  • Strong team player with energy, enthusiasm, and detail orientation to produce high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Bias for action and a driver for results. Self-starter who looks for opportunities to connect across Customer Success and drive improvement
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying analytical methods as needed
  • Drive meaningful insights and quantifiable improvement into the business
  • Have an aptitude for building database queries, reports, and building dashboards for consumption by the business
  • Familiarity with app configuration & admin
  • Experience with visualisation e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc
  • Experience with standard office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc
