PredictSpark is a central part of the MotorK platform, offering advanced Marketing Capabilities to Car Manufacturers and Dealerships across Europe.

We are building a data-intelligence driven marketing platform for the automotive industry that provides high-rate campaign conversion.

As part of the PredictSpark team, you will be responsible for the training, improvement, validation and operation of machine learning models that run at the core of the product proposition.

What you will do

• Design, train, validate and deploy ML models.
• Analyse datasets to identify improvements and new data sources for the ML models.
• Owning and driving artificial intelligence initiatives
• Work closely with the data team to improve and design data capabilities for the MotorK platform
• Work together with engineers to define all necessary requirements, and implement your models in production tools.

Requirements

Who you are

• Commercial experience in designing, training and validating ML models
• Deep learning experience is valued but not required
• Experience in writing maintainable, performant and well-tested code in Python
• Experience working with cloud providers (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or in a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Experience in working with ML frameworks.
• Understand data structures, data modelling and software architecture.

Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
