Recruiting Operations Data Analyst

We're building our Recruiting Operations team to help create consistencies in our processes and improve team efficiency at a global scale. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with partners across Recruiting, People, and Business functions. As an early member, you will help shape the vision and growth of the recruiting operations team. You will use your skills with data, reporting, and analysis to drive decisions that will give the recruiting organization better insight into things like funnel and organization health.

What Excites You

• Building relationships with leaders & stakeholders across the recruiting organization to understand business needs and how data can be leveraged to support the team.
• Designing and constructing reports/analyses/presentations with complex data sets but consumed by tech and non-tech end users.
• Being proactive and excited to originate your own work.
• Wearing multiple hats to anticipate recruiting analytics needs and design solutions with consistency, usability, and scalability in mind.

What Excites Us

• 5+ years of experience in the Recruiting Analytics space, or in a closely related Data Analyst role.
• Track record of working with stakeholders, listening to their questions/challenges, and taking a data-driven approach to solutioning.
• Experience building data models, conducting analyses, and surfacing actionable insights.
• Very close eye to data accuracy and ability to identify and implement solutions to data challenges.
• Experience working with SQL to build dashboards.
• Working knowledge of reporting tools and willingness to learn new tools if needed (i.e. Periscope/Mode/Tableau).
• Building strong partnerships, influencing decisions, and communicating complex reports/analyses in a clear and concise manner across technical and non-technical audiences.
