We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to enable business transformation delivery by reviewing current system & data architecture in order to design and deliver data transformation. Working as part of the new VCP team, this role will be responsible for managing data architecture and data migration as part of Lead to Cash transformation and Post merger integration.

The role (what you’ll do):

As Data architect you will be supporting multiple transformation programmes including system transformation, customer journey transformation, self-serve capability, and E2E architecture review.

• Implement master data management disciplines across the business to achieve scalability goals
• Analyse & create data strategy and setup data governance
• Lead architecture design (data /integration / process) on major system transformation project (Salesforce, CPQ, product usage, subscription billing system, Stripe, Netsuite)
• Hands-on data cleanse & migration supporting Lead to Cash transformation programme
• Stakeholder management with internal teams, sponsors, and external parties

About you (what we are looking for):

• Strong experience in leading architecture and data mapping programmes
• Ability to drive alignment and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences, including business stakeholders and technology design and delivery teams.
• Experience working in high pace PE portfolio environment with focus on achieving business benefits.
• Experience with the following platforms would be ideal: Hubspot, Salesforce, CPQ, Subscription Billing systems (SF-Rev Cloud / Billing Platform / Zone Billing), Stripe, Netsuite
