Avertium is seeking a Senior Data Analyst experienced within data visualization software such as Power BI and/or Tableau. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting dashboards and presenting digestible data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain custom data solutions, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions using real-time data from multiple sources.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders within Avertium to help improve processes and enhance information provided to leadership for business decisions
• Architect reporting dashboards through data visualization software to make data digestible and available to senior leadership.
• Report to our CFO and partner with senior stakeholders (SVP of Service Delivery, CRO etc) to develop a business analytics for improving availability, speed and quality of data within Avertium.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in business analytics/data analysis
• Experience with fast-growth startups a plus
• Experience creating dashboards and charts with data visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI (preferred).
• Experience working with real-time data from multiple sources (salesforce, etc)
• Strong communication skills
