Data Engineer with Ab Initio ETL - W3891

What You'll Do

• 6+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Experience with Big Data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Scala, etc.
• Azure: Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Databricks etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL and Azure Snowflake.
• Should have work experience on any one ETL Tool :  Ab Initio is mandatory. 
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as familiarity with unstructured datasets.
• Deep problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Proven experience in manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Primary skills required are:
• BigData:  Spark with Scala / Python, Kafka, Spark SQL, Any of the ETL tool (Ab Initio) and No SQL Experience. 
• Azure : ADF, ADLS, Databricks
• Streaming: Kafka Streaming. 
• Work experience on file processing: CSV, Parquet, Delta, Hive. 

Education

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
