This position will require 3 day in the office per week subject to change with future business needs. What you’ll be doing:
  • Developing long-term data management visions & strategies.
  • Evangelizing CARFAX’s data management vision, driving adoption and integrations across CARFAX’s products and services.
  • Identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing risk to protect CARFAX data assets.
  • Developing and launch a CARFAX certified partner program.
  • Digging into data, analyzing and identify data-driven recommendations & initiatives.
  • Inspiring the teams to deliver exceptional results via passion, process, and persistence.
  • Partnering with development teams to prioritize initiatives that will drive the greatest business value.
  • Managing numerous internal stakeholders and interact with all members of the Senior Management team. 
What we’re looking for:
  • 7-9+ years product or data management experience, emphasis on experience working with data day to day.
  • BS/BA in marketing, business, data, or related field. 
  • High energy, proven leader.
  • Proven track record of implementing a successful data management program; technical knowledge of data, how it’s delivered and the associated systems.
  • Passion for data – you crave it, you understand it and you seek it to guide your decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire the business to drive product adoption.
  • Ability to summarize complex data and products to drive strategic decision making.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects across several departments and able to champion projects through to completion.
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams.
  • Experience managing analytics resources is a plus.
