Data Scientist

• Work on challenging problems of creating metrics, analyze data and create visualizations using emotion data for different domains like Market research, UX research and Call Analysis.
• Propose and develop solutions independently. Research about state-of-the-art solutions and novel methods to solve analytics problems.
• Validating the metrics with different performance measurements of clients and creating benchmark for the data collected.
• Write white papers and give presentations to business and product team.
• Work closely with seniors and engineering teams to identify and answer important product questions and propose solutions to them.
• Cleaning and maintaining data for Benchmarking, Analytics and Visualization.
• Analyse, Interpret and communicate findings, risks to product managers and business leaders.
• Run hypothesis testing, EDA and predictive analytics on collected data and suggest better metrics to include in the analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques in Advanced Analytics, Text Mining and domains like Market Research and UX Research
• Giving algorithms and equations to engineering team for calculation of different metrics.

Requirements

• Masters in a relevant field (Deep Learning, Machine Learning, computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field) and 2+ years of experience in relevant role.
• OR Bachelors in Engineering/Mathematics/Science and 2+ years' experience in a relevant role.
• Experienced with Data Analytics frameworks like Spark, Jupyter notebook and with BI tools like Power-BI, Tableau and MS Excel. Having knowledge of ETL tools will add a lot of value.
• Understanding of ML algorithms and data science libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scikit and Matplotlib.
• A strong understanding of Probability and Statistics and basic calculus.
• Ability to use data from SQL/NoSQL sources and doing basic data manipulation. Experience with data warehouses like Teradata, Redshift.
• Strong communication skills for efficient collaboration.
