Data is integral to nearly everything that we do at PulsePoint, and as a result the Data & Analytics team plays an essential role at our Company. In this role you should be excited to work with data, have the curiosity to dive deeply into issues, and feel empowered to make a meaningful impact at a mission-driven company.


Specifically, the Data Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Own and centralize data diagnostic requests and flow within the Company for both internal and external teams;
  • Single Point of contact to external and internal partners for 3rd party data & on-boarders;
  • Full data onboarding workflow:
    • Pixel sync
    • Data exchange
    • Data pipeline
    • Data quality
  • Integration of new data sources;
  • Responding to, troubleshooting and coordinating the solutions for data related investigations;
  • Collaborating with sales teams on data requests to satisfy RFP process/client requirements;
  • Partnering with sales & sales engineering teams to understand client needs for health related conditions;
  • Identify all active drugs or HCP specialties under management by customers;
  • Understand and provide solutions for all data gaps for targeting and attribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the digital marketing field, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic
  • Experience with a coding language (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
  • Familiar with various tools such as: Excel and Tableau
  • Experience in healthcare and working with health related data sets is a plus
  • Has outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
