You'll be an expert in marketing analytics and data within either a customer facing marketplace or E-commerce. An experienced people manager, you're equally comfortable working with senior management on strategy as you are building and empowering your teams to be the best they can. What you’ll do:

• You work closely with marketing to direct their spending decisions through data, providing maximum ROI
• Manage a team of 6 analysts and data experts and further grow it
• You’ll be the bridge between the data, marketing and product teams driving the insights strategy
• Support marketing in the review and redefinition of critical metrics to track the performance of programs.
• You will work with marketing to build a global efficiency and effectiveness strategy and framework.
• Maintain a strong awareness of how your department impacts the business commercially
• You will lead in all analytics activities across the business providing insights and experiments for all departments (Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply, & Finance)

Who you are:

• Several years of working experience in marketing data analysis
• Experience working in a product led company and a deep understanding of the stakeholder management required
• Existing experience within an E-commerce or SaaS Marketplace
• An expert project manager you can connect with the right stakeholders and identify, scope and drive projects to provide important insights for the business
• Eager to be involved in general business decisions and great at communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• You have significant team management experience
• Fluent English is required
• Our analysts work with Google Analytics, Sql, Python, Looker, & BigQuery, you’re working with these or similar
