Who we are looking for.

• You have a university degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.)
• You have a very good knowledge of SQL.
• You have previous experience with statistical modeling with Python (or languages for similar purposes like R).
• You are familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, able to assess the level of complexity of different requests from stakeholders.
• You want to work in a collaborative environment.
• You are good at communicating insights to stakeholders with different levels of technical and business understanding.

What you will do.

• You will deliver insights to drive the business forward.
• You will proactively identify business issues and areas in which the company can improve its performance.
• You will work on improving and creating your own scripts for statistical analysis and machine learning methods (e.g. AB-Testing, Ranking, Forecasting models, etc.)
• You will work closely with stakeholders in order to understand their needs and provide the best solution available.
• You will communicate and present your results to a diversity of audiences.
