Key Responsibilities:

Tableau Reporting:

   - Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports.

   - Translate business requirements into visual reports that provide actionable insights.

   - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

QL Data Warehouse Management:

   - Maintain and manage the SQL data warehouse.

   - Pull, normalize, and integrate data from multiple sources.

   - Ensure data warehouse performance, security, and scalability.

Advanced Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Reporting:

   - Design and develop advanced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and financial reports.

   - Collaborate with finance and operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.

   - Ensure timely and accurate RCM and financial data reporting.

In-House Tools and Websites:

   - Create and maintain internal tools and websites using platforms such as Retool.

   - Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless functionality.

   - Provide support and enhancements based on user feedback.

AI Automation Tasks:

   - Research and implement AI automation solutions.

   - Develop and deploy AI-driven tasks on both OSX and Windows environments.

   - Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

   - Develop and maintain Selenium and other Python tools to automate data entry, extraction and analysis. 

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

- 3 years of experience in data analysis, SQL database management, and Tableau report development preferred.

- Proven experience in RCM and financial reporting and data visualization.

- Experience with tools like Retool for creating internal applications.

- Interest AI and automation technologies.

- Interest in challenging

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL and experience managing data warehouses.

- Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.

- Familiarity with RCM and financial reporting standards and practices.

- Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly for automation.

- Competence in using OSX and Windows for development and deployment.

- Programming skills in languages such as Python or R are a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Compensation & Benefits

We are pleased to share the annual base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $85,000.

If you are hired at Goodside Health, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth.
