Why do we need you?

Huuuge Games, a leading global mobile gaming company, is well into writing its story of making data the focal point of each business decision. Our Big Data platform currently handles billions of records per day, through complex processing (CEPs, graphs, machine learning) and some of the most advanced technologies in the industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior BI Developer with a passion for data. You will be developing data products supporting a wide range of areas, including: game studios, marketing and finance.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop data products (datasets, ETL processes, reports) based on our Big Data platform and data-oriented applications and tools

  • Have an opportunity to learn and use Scala/Spark on Databricks

  • Create workflows in Airflow

  • Contribute to high-standards development processes (unit testing and CI / CD), and high standards deployment to production and production monitoring

  • Create documentation to create one source of information for stakeholders

Requirements

Most wanted:

  • Experience with your own data related projects (internship/studies/personal)

  • Eagerness to learn industry best practices from others/available resources and share knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Communication skills: the ability to communicate in an open, tactful and consistent manner

  • B2 English


Surprise us with:

  • Experience with Big Data environment

  • Experience working in Scala/Java and/or Python programming languages

  • Being a passionate gamer
