Data Analyst - Business Resilience

Education & Certification

· BTech/BBA/MBA/PGD in Business degree.

· Any ISO certification (desirable)

· Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

Experience

· 2-4 years of analytic and data handling experience with a proven track record.

Language

· The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

· Ability to work under high pressure.

· Logical thinking with clear data presentation.

· Excellent communication (verbal, writing, presentation) and influencing skills.

· Can work with multiple tasks within timeline.

· Good time management skills and high sense of urgency.

· Be creative for problem solving and process improvement.

· Ability to collaborate with Global teams and work in a matrix organization.

· Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results through others.

· Excellent knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power BI

Reporting to Manager- Global Business Resilience, GSC this role will be based in Pune and be part of the GSC business resilience team. This role requires collaboration with the GSC functional, GSC site as well as corporate business resilience team. You will be expected to work closely with the stakeholders in the GSCs.
