Data Analytics Intern, Talent Development

Your future role within QRT:

The successful candidate will join a growing Talent Development function within the HR Division, currently increasing headcount globally. In this role you will be collaborating with the global team and have the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting on various projects, such as development gaps and culture alignment, by conducting full data analyses and drawing insights from data
  • Maintaining the data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization of both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes for improved efficiency and scalability
  • Proposing innovative ways to leverage human capital data to support business objectives
  • Produce and maintain self-service dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and stakeholder reports
  • Staying up to date on new processes, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science, and sharing insights with the team

Your present skill set:

  • Recent graduate with a degree that involves data analytics, data science or statistics
  • Intermediate proficiency in python and its associated libraries (Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Workday are a must
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau or any other data visualization tools
  • Keen interest in data and an enthusiasm for digging into large datasets
  • Previous experience in conducting mixed method data projects, from beginning to end
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Self-starter who can organize their own workload as well as assisting others
