Principal Consultant, Data Management

Job Responsibilities: *Support data ingestion, validation, storage and delivery to multiple clients*Develop ETL jobs for data movement through system pipelines *Effectively create data pipelines including gathering requirements, validating data, reconciling data to source, developing standards and automation of data ingress and delivery and scheduling jobs for optimal execution for clients within mandated timelines*Effectively support the setup, accuracy, and maintenance of client data  Job Requirements: *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or data management is required or equivalent education/experience*8+ years of experience with prior experience managing and processing data preferred*Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry preferred*Expertise in using cloud native workflow & ETL tools, such as Apache NiFi, Airflow, Informatica or Talend*High degree of analytical, troubleshooting skills*Experience working in a mandated deadline environment *Effective management of multiple client assignments*Strong written and verbal communication skills *High accuracy rate and attention to detail*Solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines*Understanding of databases and database management systems*Expert understanding of SQL required, and NoSQL preferred*Ability to build and maintain complex data models and logic*Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly*Ability to understand and deal with large amounts of data *Ability to analyze data storage, structure, and mapping*Ability to deliver required periodic results with a high degree of accuracy and minimal management review*Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting    #LI-MN1
