The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.

 

 

This position 
The GTM Intelligence Senior Data Analyst is a highly analytical and data savvy member of the team that will deliver key analyses to drive and optimize the products, data and insights our GTM teams utilize. This role bridges data management and the data product functions of the team to ensure we are optimizing the breadth and quality of our customer data as well as intelligence we derive from it. 

 

The ideal candidate has rich experience in the GTM domain as a data analyst. You will collaborate with a cross functional agile team spanning data science, data engineering, product management, and business experts to analyze data, build datasets, reports and insights.

 

This role requires the ability to deliver in a complex and fast-moving organization at global scale. The candidate is deeply analytical with a keen understanding of business processes and programs and the ability to translate data and insights into operational and strategic readouts.

 

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Intelligence and is designated Flex.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on insights and analytics for GTM Intelligence data products and company database to drive change
  • Develop and lead measurement approach and analyses for GTM data products to optimize performance and strategy alignment that will be used to make strategic decisions
  • Lead development of analyses and reports to measure impact of company data acquisition and enrichment efforts
  • Develop informative analyses, data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to deliver business insights and ensure consistency and reliability across teams
  • Influence decision making by identifying patterns and relationships in the data and effectively communicate those findings concisely and effectively
  • Perform exploratory data analysis of new data sources to gain a deeper understanding of how that data will advise business decisions
  • Analyze company internal data to help DocuSign deliver data insights and key findings to main business stakeholders
  • Partner with business owners in marketing, product, finance, sales, engineering, etc., to align on datasets and logic
  • Collaborate with cross functional data teams across the organization

 

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of highly analytical experience, ideally in business operations, business intelligence, or data science
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate disparate information, analyze and interpret data trends 
  • Quick and resourceful learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done
  • Combination of creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome obstacles
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such Tableau
  • Well-developed written, oral communication, and presentation skills

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance or other quantitative focus
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in statistics, advanced analytics/data science concepts and processes
  • Proficiency in R or Python, with an emphasis on data manipulation and visualization

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $93,700 - $128,875 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

 

Vaccination requirement 
DocuSign may require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to visit a DocuSign office, to meet with potential or actual customers or business partners, or for other business-related purposes, in accordance with local law.
