Technical Program Manager - Data Security

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Binance Data Security, you will drive strategic security initiatives across all Binance businesses.  You’ll be working directly with the engineering teams to understand their needs, and design security systems and solutions that enable Binance to operate more effectively, securely and safely. You will build security tooling, drive process improvements, and work with business owners to develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges. You will try new ideas, and iterate to produce the right results. You’ll work with data scientists, security engineers, and software development engineers across multiple teams to design, develop, test, and deliver new security features. You will have opportunities to grow and learn as a leader, and you'll be able to collaborate with your customers to define and achieve success. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with software development life-cycle from conception to delivery
• 3+ years of experience in security, software engineering, compliance, or process management work in support of a highly technical environment 
• 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects or programs at scale
• Understanding of software security concepts such as encryption, signing, and authentication
• Understanding of Software Engineering processes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing services/deployment architecture
• Experience leading highly technical and non-technical project teams
• Working with automated metrics to measure service and program effectiveness and consistency
• Experience working with technology and security leadership to articulate security and or compliance strategies and plans
• Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis, and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
• Technical knowledge in at least one security domain such as engineering, system and network security, authentication, or security protocols
• Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated
