About the Job

Synthesis AI is looking for an experienced Computer Vision Solutions Engineering Lead to be our first customer solutions engineering hire and eventually build out a team long term. Our Computer Vision solutions engineer will guide our customers to accelerate their adoption of the Synthesis AI platform and ensure customers receive the highest value possible in their computer vision pipelines. They will advocate for customers current and future needs by being a key player in alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.

The impact you will have:

• This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build out a team long term
• Drive technical value for customers by helping them achieve their AI/ML outcomes
• Help train external machine learning engineers on how to best use synthetic data in advanced computer vision applications
• Help a portfolio of customers, including machine learning engineers at the world’s largest companies
• Capture insights for product strategy around integrations, optimal label types and data formats for easy data consumption by customers’ computer vision teams

What we look for:

• Track record of being a solutions engineer in computer vision supporting marquee enterprise accounts ideally including $1M+ ARR

• Solutions Engineering experience in the computer vision industry, or ML/AI industry

• Strong python and 2D/3D math skills. You and your team will be transforming multi-dimensional data arrays in numpy, for example.
• Passionate about the opportunity synthetic data has for accelerating computer vision
