About the Job

At Synthesis, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable solutions to complicated problems. In this role, you’ll be working with our ML and CG teams to bring state-of-the-art ML algorithms into our production environment. On any given day you might be bringing a new ML model into our production pipeline or ensuring that our latest ML library is ready for customer use.

The impact you will have:

• Adapt ML code from research and implement it in production
• Create and maintain our public-facing Python libraries for use by ML researchers
• Ensure results in the production pipeline are robust and consistent with research results
• Add new software features into the ML pipeline
• Develop new software features to support ML researchers using our production systems

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience building end-to-end systems as a Software Engineer or ML engineer
• Hands-on experience using tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Ability to write robust code in Python
• Experience ensuring AI/ML model code is ready for production
• Understanding and commitment to following the best software engineering practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
