We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities: 

- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions

- Leverage your expertise in SQL, relational databases, Python, and data wrangling tools

- Perform data extraction, transformation using SQL and data wrangling tools

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs

- Document data sources, processes, and procedures for data governance and reproducibility

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years as a Data Analyst

- SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

- Data wrangling tools like KNIME, Alteryx, or similar platforms

- Coding skills in Python for data manipulation and analysis

Nice to have:

- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Statistical techniques and machine learning concepts

- Cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies

- Data governance and data quality principles

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
