Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and pre-processing to advanced statistical modelling and visualisation. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will define analytical objectives, design methodologies, and gather requirements to tackle intricate business challenges. Your proficiency in data manipulation, programming languages, and analytical tools will enable you to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that contribute to innovative solutions.

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide analytical expertise to support the delivery of Data Products, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists; guiding product decisions through discovery analytics, testing hypotheses, and designing experiments to measure value.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the wider data team to understand requirements and offer solutions grounded in commercial and analytical understanding. 
  • Develop, build, and deliver models and reporting solutions providing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights.
  • Apply statistical, analytical and visualisation techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to guide business decisions. 
  • Support Lead Analysts and collaborate with other analysts to foster a thriving analytics environment, stay updated on new technologies, and champion an agile, experimental approach to analytical challenges.

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include:  

  •  A few years of experience in data analysis or a related field, demonstrating a history of generating value through analytical initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills, with the ability to manipulate and transform data sets using analytical methodologies. 
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, and experience in visualising data and presenting analytics effectively. 
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of SQL, analytical coding languages such as Python or PySpark, and statistical analysis methods (e.g., Regression, Classification).
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into easily understood insights for non-technical stakeholders.
