Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Data Analyst – Business Insight to join us on this exciting journey. The Data Analyst is responsible for producing and analyzing the SaaS Go To Market and Operations metrics to provide cross-functional insights toward strategic business objectives. This role is accountable for driving key metrics reporting within Bishop Fox and the insights prepared by this position will steer conversations for continuous improvement within the company. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Prepares Corporate Metrics for Bishop Fox and analyzes information to support internal functional insights and development. This includes weekly/monthly reporting on insights and recommendations. 
  • Collaboratively work with our Operational Excellence team and partner to understand corporate requirements and build the data/outputs for business goals and objectives.
  • Develop relevant, documented and consistent practices and procedures for operational data analytics and reporting throughout entire process of extraction, interpretation and application of the data.
  • Correlates internal functional findings with analytics from other functions across the organization.
  • Scorecard and KPI Metrics and Reporting stewardship and responsibility.
  • Knowledge and leverage of new data sources introduced into the environment.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science. 
  • Excellent quantitative skills. Possesses the ability to interpret and connect data from multiple sources. 
  • Master level analytical and quantitative data expertise. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience with business systems, data analysis, and/or CRM process analysis.
  • Experience in gathering information from disparate sources and synthesizing into key metrics. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query.
