As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help serve a comprehensive, beautifully visualized dashboard by tracking appropriate key performance indicators to help company takes the best strategic decisions. You also play an important role in ensuring data quality and the availability of sources of truth.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Understand Operations' goals, KPIs and to align reports and insights based on them.
• Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve HappyFresh's Operations strategy.
• Identify and track opportunities based on users, fleet behavior analysis and business requirements to drive value and conversion.
• Ensure appropriate data/tools/dashboards/automation to measure execution and enable deeper analysis.
• Identifying processes gaps to optimize processes.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to improve and, or resolve matters relating to Operations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability strategies.
• Other duties as deemed necessary as assigned by Management from time to time.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences). 
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Well-versed in scripting with SQL, extracting large sets of data, and design of ETL flow.
• Good understanding and experience in data modeling, data warehouse, ETL, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).
• Individual contributors who can own a project and understand the business problem statements

For senior position:
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Business Analyst.
• Ability to guide new team members to increase their analysis capability and mentoring to the junior team member.
