Position: Data Scientist II
Location: Seattle, WA
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Help shape analytics and research roadmap and enable data-driven innovation
2. Partner closely with product and program owners, as well as scientists and engineers from other disciplines (e.g. economics, statistics, business intelligence, data engineering) with a clear path to business impact.
3. Participate in scoping and planning of data science roadmap.
4. Uncover drivers, impacts, and key influences on talent outcomes.
5. Develop predictive and optimization models for key applications.
6. Navigate a variety of data sources, such as enterprise data, customize surveys, focus groups, and/or external data sources.
7. Work in expert cross-functional teams delivering on demanding projects.

A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Finance or other quantitative fields and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Finance or other quantitative fields followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. 2 years of experience with data scripting languages (e.g SQL, Python, R etc.) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, or Matlab).
2. 2 years of experience applying statistical algorithms and models to solving applied problems.
3. 2 years of experience analyzing large scale of data, and SQL data extraction.
4. 2 years of experience mining data and transforming data into a usable state using appropriate tools and techniques.
