Leader Name: Associate Vice President, Program Delivery

As ATB’s next Data Analyst in the Portfolio Management Assurance and Delivery team, you will be accountable for tracking, documenting and maintaining critical data elements that feed our program and project reporting and insights as well as resource and talent analytics. You will elevate our ability to provide meaningful reporting and insights, capturing accurate information and collaborating with internal team members across our Technology and Innovation Team (TIE). As a natural connector of dots, you will synthesize complex data using advanced analytics, data visualizations, and dashboards to evaluate and share progress and results on a given product, project, or program. As a data enthusiast, you will pride yourself on an accurate, transparent, source of truth view of all initiatives across the initial phases of our SDLC.

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

• Synthesizing data using data visualizations and dashboards tailored to the audience/use
• Work with a wide range of data/functions
• Producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
• Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
• A keen focus on advanced analytics that deal with big data, data processing, and multiple data source

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in math, science or equivalent experience
• At least 2-4 years working in a similar role
• Working knowledge in current data science and visualization technologies like Tableau, etc.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, strategic planning and execution skills; verbal, written and visualization capabilities
• Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units

Experience with the following is highly beneficial:
