We are seeking an analytics director to lead a high caliber analytic team and take full ownership of conversion growth analytics across multiple products (Personal Loan, Credit Card and Best Egg Financial Healthy platform). The role will be a critical member of Advance Data Analytics team and Conversion team focused on providing deep data analytical insights and applying machine learning techniques to drive conversion optimization and customer personalization across all channels and all products, including being a part of the founding team to shape our new products. Duties & Responsibilities

• You will lead a high caliber analytics team and leverage your strong data analytical, data science and problem-solving skill to help optimize and personalize customer conversion experience across all marketing channels and all products:


• Work with Products, Conversion, Technology and Data Science teams to develop robust analytics learning agenda and roadmap of Conversion and Best Egg Financial Health Platform.
• Drive and own growth A/B experimental testing design and impact analysis in all funnel conversion stages and make business recommendations for funnel conversion optimization for each channel and product/multi-product platform.
• Provide insightful analytics to support customer acquisition growth and engagement relationship deepening of Best Egg Financial Health Platform
• Work closely with DS team and leverage various machine learning techniques to understand and serve our customers better: develop best and personalized offer presentation strategy, define customer segmentation, provide customer preference prediction, as well as life-time value prediction, etc.
• Develop and maintain BI reporting to monitor funnel conversion performance across all channels and products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Data Science or other quantitative major required. Graduate School Degree is preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• 7 years or more of work experience
• 3 year or more people management experience
• Intermediate to advance experience with MS excel and SQL server
• Intermediate to advance experience in data mining, data analysis, and machine learning techniques in Python/R 
• Experience with BI and digital reporting tool such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics
• Previous experience in digital marketing is preferred
• Previous experience in finance industry is preferred
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
