Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze solutions for the HRIS design and development, product delivery and post-production migration
- Maintain current HRIS platforms, update the configuration as necessary
- Support functional modifications and enhancements to Workday and other HR systems/tools.
- Have ownership of the data and audit process in the HR system to ensure it is accurate, high quality and fit for purpose.
- Build data solutions, including custom reports, dashboards and data models for advanced analytics, to provide accurate and relevant data to the business
- Conduct analysis and produse metrics that contributes to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards within HR
- Answer system-related questions from a variety of internal clients
- Train system users on functionalities and new features as well as prepares training materials, guides and documentation for various HR systems
- Develop data processing guidelines
- Ensure compliance and other data protection and privacy regulations
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy

Essential Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or technical role
- Experience implementing or maintaining Workday or a similar HRIS system (such as SAP, ADP, Oracle etc)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel (Pivot tables, charts, complex formulas)
- Highly numerate individual with experience of system configuration and working with complex data sets
Preferred Experience
- Existing hands-on Workday skills including configuration of Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
- Experience as a HR/HRIS Analyst
- Experience using an employee engagement platform such as Glint or Culture amp
- Experience using a recruitment platform such as Greenhouse
- Thorough knowledge of best practices and current trends in HRIS, along with HR
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science or Human Resources
