Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work alongside the Software Development team to build complex Machine Learning models to improve the E2E automated systems evaluation methodology for one of our biggest clients, working with cutting-edge technology and offering services to millions of people around the globe.

About your day-to-day:

• Design, plan and implement the statistical evaluation strategy of ML models

• Create and develop innovative automated QA frameworks and methodologies to simulate and evaluate user experiences of the ML based products

• ML product qualification, implementation, feedback and iteration

• Participate in roadmap decisions by bringing your in-depth understanding of success metrics of ML products.

Requirements

This is for you if you have:

• Working proficiency in English both written and spoken

• +3 years of experience working with Machine Learning (E2E)

• Excellent understanding of a ML-based product lifecycle

• Strong understanding of algorithms and software design

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as a Jenkins

• Hands-on experience in defining evaluation plan with clear understanding of quality gates and metrics

• Experience with analyzing user behavior and driving continuous improvement

• Experience with Agile Development methodologies

• An academic background (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related fields, or equivalent experience

You will hit the ground running if you have:

• Scripting skills in Swift, C, C++ or other OOP languages

• Knowledge of Machine Learning tools such as PyTorch or Tensorflow

• Ability to debug issues in Unix base embedded software

• Comfortable working in a Mac environment and experience with iOS a plus

For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
