About the RoleThe Partnerships Strategy & Planning team plays a critical role in helping shape and execute Lyra’s go-to-market strategy. The GTM Analytics & Data Science role will build the foundation of how data is structured for the GTM organization while developing metrics and insights to support short-term execution and long-term planning. This role would build and lead a team of data & business intelligence analysts and engineers to build a scalable view of our GTM performance and surface product insights to the cross-functional GTM organization. This role requires someone who has strong technical experience, developed cross-functional partnerships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provided meaningful recommendations to senior GTM leadership on analytics strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and management of analytics (data modeling, metric development, reports, dashboard, enablement content) to support reporting of key go-to-market metrics (including top-of-funnel metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue)
  • Develop a roadmap to manage the analytics lifecycle and build a scalable GTM data warehouse in conjunction with the broader GTM analytics & operations team (including Marketing Analytics & Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Data Analysts)
  • Be the key partner with internal Data Science, Product, and Business operations teams to support the data modeling, warehousing, and reporting on product metrics
  • Transform complex GTM & product data into structured and transformed data to support insights across the GTM organization
  • Work with GTM strategy & planning teams to build performance goals & transform them into a reportable data structure to track key performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of delivering analytics and insight that have directly impacted business decision-making across GTM teams
  • 6+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, AWS)
  • 3+ years of experience in scaling and leading a team of business intelligence analysts, data analysts, and data engineers
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM-designated degree program or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of optimal design of database environments, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Project Management or Tableau Certification (or similar for data visualization tools)
  • Experience supporting both healthcare and high-growth software technology sales & marketing organizations
