Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be the face to external and internal stakeholders, meet reporting solutions within the SLA and keep them informed about the progress of the solutions. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making as part of the Business Intelligence and Insights group.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will interact with internal and external stakeholders, they understand reporting requirements and suggest the right reporting solutions for the programs. Additionally, they will be interacting with internal teams to make sure the reporting solutions are created as per the stated requirements. This will include Automation team, Telephony team, ITSDM team, Manual Reporting team, Data Acquisition team, etc.

This resource will be involved in End-to-End lifecycle of the Dashboard / reports:
•   Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users on understanding of the data flow and usage between applications.
•   Support gathering requirements and Consultation / Solution Design.
•   Should be able to communicate effectively during the development phase.
•   Conducts and leads UAT, Troubleshooting and Resolution.
•   End-user Engagement: Communication and Education.
