We are looking for a passionate and experienced BI Developer to join our Data team of BI Engineers and Data Anlysts, helping the company and our clients to unveil the full value of their data. The successful candidate will liaise with both internal technology and business stakeholders across the company as well as DevOps and Software Engineers to, design, build and maintain the company’s cloud-native business-critical ETL pipelines and DWH infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

· Own the company’s ETL processes and Datawarehouse, used to produce data-driven insights for the various business units and well as well as external clients.

· Play a key role in designing and building the company’s ETL processes and DWH from scratch.

· Build and maintain a clear and consistent data catalog for the company’s data assets.

· Work alongside Engineering and Product to ensure the platform contains the right key data to produce results requested from the business and clients. Translating reporting and BI needs into technical specifications.

· Designing and implementing robust procedures for data handling and analysis, with attention to all technical aspects, including security and compliance requirements for handling sensitive data on cloud.

· Adherence to software development methodologies and practices.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer.

· Experience in designing and implementing modern ETL solutions

· Experience and understanding of Datawarehouse technologies.

· High proficiency in DWH data modelling.

· Proven experience in monitoring and supporting a production-grade data pipeline.

· Strong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and optimization – essential.

· Well versed in industry best-practices for software development, including CI/CD methodologies and tooling

· Analytical mind and business acumen

· Strong attention to detail, organized, thorough and methodical

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

· Outstanding collaboration skills; team player.

· Experience working in the fintech industry – advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline - advantage

· Experience with the AWS ecosystem – advantage.
