Why this role matters

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst (based in London) who is able to connect business and commercial logic to our Tableau Reporting Suite, proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, and is passionate about automation to enable strategic goal delivery.


What you will do

  • Proactively identify and advise on further automation benefits - Including building and coding quick win tools and processes
  • Act as a consultant, helping understand, scope and deliver Business Performance projects
  • Collaborate with the wider Business Operations team to understand, scope, and deliver process automation for key initiatives
  • Play a key role in bridging the gap between the Business Performance team and external departments to provide consistent and actionable data analysis
  • Provide meaningful insight and analysis on company data to shape future commercial strategy
  • Advise and contribute to Business Performance best practices

What you will bring

  • “Super User” of business intelligence tools, ideally Tableau
  • Strong experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent Excel skills and data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good stakeholder management abilities (gathering requirements and managing expectations)
  • Strong ability to manage a varied workload, working on different projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with Python, Javascript and JIRA (desirable)

What is required for application

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Maths or Computer Science undergrad majors preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
