What are we looking for?
A Data Scientist (pricing and analytics) to help us take our BrightWrite product to the next level. BrightWrite is the brain behind all CoverGenius' products, it is the powerhouse behind our experimentations, pricing optimisations and product recommendations. BrightWrite is used both internally and by our external partners.
As a Data Scientist, you should be comfortable talking about probability distributions, you "probably" have a strong opinion on the Frequentists vs. Bayesian debate. You have a few years of experience working with Machine Learning systems and understand the ins and outs of the algorithm (not just how to use the tools). You will use SQL to find insights from our dataset and form hypotheses as well as design and explore different algorithms and pricing strategies to better optimise yield.
