Designation: Team Lead, Data Operations Position Summary I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Event & Conference Managemento End-to-end delivery of events & conferences for LEIGo Good hold on closing Dignitaries (Govt./Intl.) as well as personas (BFSI, IT, HR etc) across all industrieso Vendor managemento Conference P&L managemento Client Managemento Creating marketing plans for conference amplificationo Digital marketing & content avenues required for enhancement of property visibilityo Manage International projectso Good experience in online as well as offline conference formatso Good experience in working with vendors to create digital assets· Concept & Themeo Conceptualization of conferences & webinarso Hold on creating communication packs for both internal and external stakeholderso Must be comfortable working closely with content teams to develop good conference contento Must be comfortable working with creative themes which will help create good creative/digital assts for the projects· Business Managemento Invoice Managemento Revenue Managemento Initial client briefing presentations & propositionso Ease in coordinating with key internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance as well as key leadership/management for ensuring smooth functioning of the businesso Create MIS dashboards for leaders for monitoring of resources, business & other operational aspects· Technical skillso Exceptionally good Communication skillso Good in MS office – Excel, PowerPoint & Wordo Must have experience in drafting scope of workso Experience in preparing cost sheetso Experience in monitoring project execution and outplay plan to minimize risks & hedge them as well II. KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in (any discipline), Master’s in Business Administration (Preferable in Marketing or Finance), Professional qualification in Event & exhibition Management with relevant experience of 6 + years Primary External Interactions- Corporates Business Partners Vendors Agencies Primary Internal Interactions- Sales associates Supervisors Co-workers Support Function Heads Competencies Analytical Capabilities. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills. Sound Business Knowledge / Updated on Current Affairs. Ability to persuade and convince Strong Logic and Alert Personality Excellent team handling skills Must have good professional writing skills to interact with internal as well as external stake holders.
