Leader Name: Managing Director, Insights & Reporting

As ATB Wealth’s next Jnr Data Analyst, you will support key operational functions with ATB Wealth’s data team. Responsible for maintaining our compensation system and other routinized functions you will help our team maintain the flows of data to key stakeholders in the business. As a junior member of our team you will assist senior data analysts in automating their insights, as well as building basic reporting and dashboarding for advisors, leaders, and other partners in the business. As we work to improve our existing data infrastructure you will help us find new ways to deliver data that will help ATB Wealth have a real impact on our clients’ lives and their legacies.

Requirements

Data Analyst Accountabilities:

• Maintain our monthly compensation processes, including running the procedures, inputting exceptions, and supporting our finance team in investigations.
• Run our monthly and weekly reporting processes.
• Identify potential efficiencies within our current operational processes.
• Support and correct errors within operational processes that impact data delivery.
• Develop new dashboarding and reports for the business as requested by stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand or encourage the use of data to benefit ATB Wealth and our clients.
• Deliver an excellent experience to our internal clients and stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, or another quantitative field.
• Working knowledge of SQL. Applicants may be tested.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Tableau is beneficial.
• One year of analytics experience is preferred.
• Established interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
