As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for using analytical and statistical methods to large data sets to develop new and enhance existing algorithms to classify network traffic and detect malicious behaviour.

Our organization is highly customer-focused, so you should be comfortable interacting directly with large enterprise customers and startups alike when necessary, in conjunction with our product, customer success, and sales teams.


What will you do:

  • Develop analytical models based on large, multidimensional dataset
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to generate hypothesis
  • Tell stories with great data visualization
  • Work on automating security analytics and bot detection process
  • Improve the quality and consistency of the data


What we are looking for:

  • MS/PhD in quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, physics etc…)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a data scientist or quantitative data analyst
  • Strong python programming and general software engineering skills
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience working with python data stack (numpy, pandas etc)
  • Good grasp of statistics, time series analysis, anomaly and novelty detection algorithms


Nice to Haves:

  • Understanding of modern software engineering practices: docker, cloud computing, kubernetes, distributed systems
  • Basic data engineering skills - streaming data, OLAP databases
