Key Responsibilities
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Develop and implement databases and data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends
- Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and project design
- Participating in R&D collaborative brainstorming and planning sessions
- Actively helping teammates with their issues
- Evaluating and introducing new tools and techniques to the team
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement, seeking solutions and making recommendations
Knowledge & Skills
- NLP and/or Deep Learning experience
- Agile experience
Professional Experience Required
- 2+ year practical experience in predictive modeling, data processing and data analytics
- Strong background in Statistics and Math
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of a variety of Machine Learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering…)
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, …)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
