We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Data Analyst to ensure that Similarweb's omnichannel and lead development strategy is carried out successfully through our marketing automation and CRM tools.

You will be responsible for defining, segmenting, maintaining and reporting on marketing accounts and contact data records, along with lead development and enrichment. This role is tactically focused on assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the marketing automation platform and Salesforce.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Work with the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations to define the strategic agenda for marketing customer data management
  • Manage, audit and review 1st & 3rd party data sources as well as data hygiene processes
  • Prioritize initiatives and maintain a roadmap for data management improvements
  • Work with other functions (e.g. sales operations, integrated marketing managers and GTM) to develop a broader customer data management strategy
  • Establish ongoing coordination with Web, sales operations and IS teams to ensure visibility into changes to data and architecture
  • Create the measurement plan for data management, including database readiness metrics and metrics that capture the impact of database readiness on downstream marketing processes
  • Communicate data management status, progress and success
  • Define and implement marketing target audience and segmentation menu to maintain database at desired coverage and quality levels

 

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Data Analyst or a similar role
  • Experience working with  Salesforce data - Must
    • Proven experience with relational database design and operation – including normalization and development using SQL or other query development tools
    • Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
  • A person who is a problem solver, tech savvy and who is able to deliver in a high-paced environment while maintaining high quality of data.
  • A person who is service-oriented and Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks
  • B.Sc/B.A/M.A in Business or Information Systems
  • Excellent English - Written and verbal skills

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager Growth

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager you will:

  • Manage and handle all aspects related to WordPress Admin; Landing pages, blog, mini-sites etc.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders, especially with website developers and product growth to execute campaigns and monitor website performance
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Lead and execute projects autonomously and to a high level across multiple stakeholders and systems 
  • Ensure that Similarweb's omnichannel strategy is carried out successfully through our marketing automation tools (email, website, in-app) for executing triggered campaigns and nurture flows
  • Have a clear understanding of Demand Generation business goals and context informing projects and priorities 
  • Have the ability to lead the implementation and integration of new tools 
  • Identifying areas for process efficiency and improvement in marketing programs and website
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc insights to management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience as a Marketing Operations Manager/Marketing Automation Manager/Product Manager
  • Proven WordPress management experience with a strong portfolio - MUST
  • Experience with Email platforms - Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Marketo/HubSpot - advantage
  • Experience with website and CRM tools - Salesforce Cloud, Optimizely, Intercom, Drift, Calendly/Chili Piper - advantage 
  • Experience working in B2B tech or software companies - advantage
  • Strong project management skills - leading end to end processes with multiple stakeholders, especially developers and product teams
  • Possesses a working knowledge of web standards, accessibility and best practices of web design and UI/UX design
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 
  • Team player, fast learner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Creative and strong initiative. Can bring new ideas and processes
  • Familiar with SimilarWeb use cases - advantage
