Our Analytics team enables Housecall Pro and it’s Pros to make analytics driven decisions, through culture, trust, accessibility and literacy. The Role: In this role, you are embedded in a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists and you’ll work closely with cross-departmental teams, aimed at increasing acquisition, retention and revenue within the product. You will support building the foundational data and process infrastructure, and delivering data products to support the business' objectives. You will work along the entire analytics value chain; starting with raw data sources to final data products.  You will foster a culture of data-driveness through experimentation and data governance.

Upcoming Analytics projects: 

• Building executive and operational reporting foundations for HCP
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and business logic
• Enabling self-servability for all data products
• Establishing good data creation practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in data analytics at a growth tech company
• Strong in SQL 
• Conversant in our tech stack (Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau) 
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Analytical, techy, social, curious, confident
• Be a team player
• Strong integrity and empathy for what home service professionals do
• Eager to own, build, drive, lead, have an impact and lots of fun!
• Product analytics experience is a plus!
• Segment/Amplitude experience is a plus!

Location Dependent information

This role is open to candidates inside and outside of Colorado, but for those hired in Colorado the expected salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. And the salary range for successful candidates outside of Colorado may differ based on location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
