Junior Product Data Analyst

Pipedrive is used by hundreds of thousands of salespeople all over the world. Their interactions with the product generate large amounts of product usage data every day. More data means better potential insights, but also makes getting these insights increasingly challenging.

Your new adventure:

• Partner with product teams to help them identify important questions and answer those questions with data
• Work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to develop key product success metrics, set targets, measure results and outcomes and seize opportunities
• Influence our product roadmap and strategy through experimentation, exploratory analysis and quantitative research
• Build actionable and easily understandable dashboards
• Make sure all necessary data is gathered in the correct way, identify missing pieces and facilitate adding them to the mix
• Share your data insights and recommendations with the whole organization and evangelize data-driven decision making

Does this sound like you?

• Educational background in data analysis, statistics or similar. Previous experience in the data analytics field is a plus 
• Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and logical thinking and interest in solving complex problems that may not always be well-defined
• Able to condense analysis into insights to inform business decisions and influence performance
• Basic SQL skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience utilizing tools like Tableau, Looker and Excel for analyzing and visualizing data is a plus
• Experience with a scientific computing language (such as R or Python) is a plus
